This is vintage pre-owned stainless steel flatware:
The brand is WALCO made by UTICA CUTLERY CO. The pattern is BEACON slim neck side lines to the round handle tip. The backstamp is WALLCO STAINLESS. This is 3 place/dinner forks 7" and 6 place/dinner knives 8 5/8" flat-handle. They are in good used condition, no damage, normal signs of use and stacking. They are a little dull but very sturdy and strong, a nice heavy quality product.
