This is 1 teaspoon 5 15/16". There is an ornate monogram, probably "B". This is in good gently used condition. There's no heel wear. There is slight scratching. The handle detail is sharp and crisp. It needs a gentle silver polish. Overall a lovely vintage piece! p119
