This is vintage pre-owned stainless steel flatware:
BRAND: LEONARD SILVER MFG.
PATTERN: GADROON twisted design on the handle.
BACKSTAMP: "LEONARD STAINLESS STEEL KOREA"
This is 3 oval place/soup spoons 7 1/4" and 1 place/dinner fork 7 1/2". These are fairly worn and have a few very minor pits. Otherwise this is in good used condition with no damage, shows normal signs of use and stacking. p108
