The brand is EKCO ETERNA. The pattern is SANTIAGO tapering handle black embossed floral. The backstamp is JAPAN EKCO ETERNA SANTIAGO CUSTOM STAINLESS. This is 1 teaspoon 6 3/8" and 1 oval soup/place spoon 7 1/4" long. They are in good gently used condition, no damage, normal signs of use and stacking. p87
