BRAND: is not on backstamp: I'm guessing this was made by PRESENT because of the pattern.
PATTERN: GRACIOUS WHEAT
BACKSTAMP: "STAINLESS JAPAN GRACIOUS WHEAT"
This is 1 very long-handled-- 10 1/2" long-- server, with a pierced round bowl or head. Maybe it's a spatula. It is in good vintage used condition, no damage, shows normal signs of use and stacking. p64
