This is vintage pre-owned stainless steel flatware. The brand is INTERNATIONAL SILCO. The pattern is EMPIRE lines down the handle turn outward at the rounded tip (as opposed to the pattern where the lines turn inward, which is FREEDOM.) The backstamp is SILCO STAINLESS U.S.A. This is 1 solid serving spoon 8 1/2". It is in very good slightly used condition, show slight signs of use and stacking. p210
