This is vintage pre-owned stainless steel flatware. The brand is UNKNOWN by me. The pattern is ROSE BUD has a burnished inset with rose design. The backstamp is "ROSE BUD STAINLESS STEEL JAPAN". This is 1 place/dinner fork. It is in good used condition, no damage, normal signs of use and stacking. p205
