This is vintage pre-owned stainless steel flatware. The brand is WALLACE. The pattern is STAR STREAM or WAS14 stars and lines. The backstamp is STAINLESS BY WALLACE. This is 1 teaspoon 6" (not in the photo because I found it later) and 1 oval soup/place spoon 6 7/8" long. This is in good gently used condition, no damage, normal signs of use and stacking. p188
