This is vintage pre-owned stainless steel flatware. The brand is WALLACE. The pattern is WAS31 scrolls. The backstamp is WALLACE STAINLESS. This is 1 teaspoon and 1 SPREADER NOT IN PHOTO; (I found it later.) They are in good gently used condition, no damage, normal signs of use and stacking. p188
